How it all began
Established in 2015 with the intention of bringing better values to the fire protection industry, Fire Safety Managers Ltd was born. After being trapped in a fire as a 5 year old child and working in the industry for 15 years, our founder realised that the vast majority of businesses were getting a raw deal.
Many company’s are paying extortionate prices for their fire safety and in fact are not getting the kind of service they require and ultimately deserve. We intend to change that and as our retention rate is 9% I guess we are doing a great job at it.
With our BSI ISO9001:2015 Quality Management System in place shows we are committed 100% to our customers satisfaction in all areas of our business.
The Heath & Safety of our staff, clients and their visitors are of utmost importance to us and therefore we have gained our SafeContractor accreditation to ensure our engineer abide by a strict code of practice.
We decided to turn our passion for fire safety into a Social Enterprise and use some of our time, resources and profits to educate adults and children for free. Not only in the importance of fire safety but how best to react in a fire situation.
Therefore our clients not only receive the best service but they also receive a return on their investment. By employing our company we automatically contribute to your Corporate Social Responsibility.
Our Head Office
Where it all began
Our core operations is operated from our head office in Birmingham within new and modern offices shared with a number of excellent businesses giving us the opportunity to network and collaborate with each other. We never have to go far for any of our business requirements as we are lucky to have this all in house.
Situated on the science park next to Aston University gives our engineers immediate access to the A38/Aston Expressway so we can be on the motorway network within 5 minutes (traffic dependant). We can also be anywhere within the city in 30 minutes giving our customers immediate and emergency access to our engineers should the need arise.
With our Call Out charges being half the price of most fire companies our customers do not need to worry about the invoice coming through as there will be no surprises.
We are transparent through every stage of business dealings with us by providing Asset Lists after the first visit and giving you access to your dedicated Customer Portal. Within the portal you will have access to reports, certificates and notes all attached to the invoice relevant to the service provided. You can also download statements, access our t&c’s, make payments or send private messages through the portal.
We pride ourselves on being reliable with every staff member respecting your time by being on time for meetings or our engineers to carry out the work.

Our Regional Offices
In September 2018, we made a start on our expansion plans and opened a regional office in Chester. You can see our press release by clicking here
We chose Chester for our first regional office due to its central location and easier reach for our exisitng customers based there.
Working between our head office in Birmingham and our new office in Chester, our team have been travelling between the two offices to ensure the new staff receive a smooth indution into the company without affecting daily operations.
Over the next 3 years we have plans to continue expanding throughout the UK with offices opening in strategic locations.

I do not give reviews usually but for this company I have to. We have only been using Fire Safety Managers Ltd for a year but I have to say I am extremely impressed. They began servicing the fire alarms, lighting and extinguishers at one hotel in April 2017 and exceeded my expectations. Every contract that came to an end I cancelled and passed them all over to Paul. They now have 5 out of the 8 hotels we have around the country and the other 3 will be going to them when they come up for renewal. The engineers are always on time, the prices are spot on and the quality of service is second to none.
